Men's Retreat 2026 | FULL SEND

WHEN: May 1 - May 3, 2026
WHERE: Pinebrook, East Stroudsburg, PA

Check in can be as early as 4PM, but you can arrive later if needed.

TRAVEL: We are expecting most people to carpool. Please reach out to your campus pastor and he can help connect you to other people coming from your campus.

ROOMS: Every room has 6 beds, but (for comfort) all the rooms will only have 4 Men in them. There will be 2 keys given out per room (lost key $5 fee) 

SCHEDULE:
 
FRIDAY
4pm: Check in
6pm: Dinner
7pm: Session 1
8:15pm: Campfire/Pizza

SATURDAY
8am: Breakfast,
9:30am: Session 2
12pm: Lunch
1-5pm: Free Time
- Lots of activities to pick from (see the registration form)
- If you registered for Gun Range, Please make sure you fill out the required permit or forms.
- We have access to the indoor swimming pool.
- There are many other activities offered (see link below).
5pm: Dinner 
6:30pm: Session 3
8pm: Campfire

SUNDAY:
8am: Breakfast
9am: Sunday Service
11:00am: Checkout

Please note, there are no refunds. If you have to cancel, we can try to find someone to take the open spot.
